1 Introductions, apologies and substitutions
1.1 The Chair welcomed Members, the public and the Minister and his officials to the meeting. Apologies were received from Angela Burns, there was no subsitute.

3.1 The Committee took evidence from representatives from the NUT, NASUWT and UCAC.
4 Education (Wales) Bill: Stage 1 - Evidence Session WLGA
4.1 The Committee took evidence from representatives from the WLGA. They agreed to provide further information on:
Performance related pay provision within in Bill;
The inspection system of independent schools in England.
5 Committee Forward Work Programme
6.1 The Committee discussed the forward work programme and agreed that a paper would be considered at the next meeting.
